Player Development Camp Registration

CAMP DETAILS:

Dates: June 9 - 13, 2025 / July 14 - 18, 2025 (Mon - Fri)
Ages: U7 - U12 (2018 - 2013)
Gender: Coed
Half-Day Camp: 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM (3hrs)
Full-Day Camp: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (6hrs - including 45min lunch break)
Meals: Food is NOT provided. Please pack a snack/lunch every day.
Location: Lowry Sports Park Turf #2

*Please arrive 15 minutes before camp start time to check-in.

PREPARE FOR CAMP:

Complete the waiver and release forms found HERE and provide them to the camp staff at check-in or email [email protected] before the camp starts.
Check and pay camp tuition, including optional additional items, at the end of this form.
Review the checklist below to learn what to send your child with when attending camp.
Locate staff contact information in the registration confirmation email.

CHECKLIST OF ITEMS TO BRING:

Athletic clothing.
Soccer cleats (non-metal studs).
Shin guards.
Water bottle.
Sunscreen.
Small packed snack or lunch, depending on the length of day.
Gym bag / athletic bag.
